Payment and your rights
The terms, stated plainly.
Will I be charged again automatically?+
No. Every plan is a one-time purchase that grants access for a fixed number of days. When that period ends, access ends and no further payment is taken. You are never enrolled in a recurring charge and there is nothing to cancel.
When does my access start and finish?+
Access starts the moment payment is confirmed and runs for the days in your plan — 30, 90 or 365 — counted from that date. A 1 Year Access bought on 12 November runs to 12 November the following year. Your exact end date is shown in your account.
What currency am I charged in?+
All plans are priced and charged in EUR. The exact amount is shown again before you confirm payment. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own conversion if your account is held in another currency.
Can I cancel or get a refund?+
Your statutory rights, including how the EU right of withdrawal applies to digital content you choose to access immediately, are set out in full in the Refund & Withdrawal Policy. Beyond those rights, we look at any case where the service did not work as described.
