The learning system

Four stages, one loop.

Most preparation fails at the join: you read one thing, practise another, and never find out which concept actually broke. Every stage here runs on the same subject and topic map, so a wrong answer leads straight back to the idea behind it.

01

Learn

Work through the concept the exam keeps returning to — closed out end to end, not scattered across sources.

02

Practice

Sit questions under exam conditions and find out whether the concept holds up under time pressure.

03

Review

Every wrong, blank and flagged question is collected automatically. Nothing quietly disappears.

04

Improve

Accuracy is tracked by subject and topic, so the real gap is visible — then you revise exactly that.

Coverage

Six examined areas.

Each is treated as a distinct area of study with its own topic map, not as a chapter list bolted onto a generic syllabus.

Biology

Cell biology, genetics, physiology and the systems questions that carry the most marks.

Chemistry

General and organic chemistry, with the reasoning steps the exam expects you to show.

Physics

Mechanics, electricity and thermodynamics at the depth these exams actually test.

Mathematics

The algebra, functions and probability that appear under strict time limits.

Logical Reasoning

Argument structure, inference and the traps built into distractor options.

General Knowledge

The reading and general-culture questions candidates most often leave to chance.

Preparation tracks

Choose your preparation track.

Italy’s public route and its English-taught private medical schools set different entrance exams. Each track prepares for one of them specifically.

What access includes

Everything the exam actually asks of you.

Not a library you have to assemble yourself, and not a full-price preparation course. The material, the practice and the revision system, in one place, for the period you need them.

Study Cards

A structured revision system designed to help you retain the concepts that decide marks. Part of paid access; card content is not published on public pages.

Practice sets

Exam-format questions with worked explanations, linked to the concepts they test.

Mistake review

Wrong and flagged questions are gathered for you, so revision starts from evidence rather than instinct.

Weak-topic analysis

Per-topic accuracy shows where preparation is actually thin, rather than where it feels thin.

Progress history

Attempt history and a dashboard, so improvement over the season is something you can check.

Every track included

Access covers the preparation tracks above — you are not locked to the one school you picked first.

Applicant and billing context

Your access terms depend on where you are billed.

Before choosing a plan it helps to confirm your billing country and applicant route, so we can show the correct access notes and consumer-rights information.

EU / EEA billing country

EU consumer purchases may be subject to specific withdrawal rights and digital-content access rules. During checkout you may be asked to confirm immediate access and acknowledge how this affects your withdrawal rights.

Non-EU billing country

For non-EU billing countries, access terms, currency and consumer protections may differ depending on the applicable law and the plan you select.

Not sure yet

You can start by choosing your exam track. Billing-country and access details can be confirmed before checkout.

Confirm your billing country above — final terms are always shown before checkout.

Questions

Before you start.

Who is IMATNOTE for?+

Students applying to English-taught medical degrees in Italy — the public IMAT route, and the entrance examinations run by Italy’s English-taught private medical schools.

What exactly do I get?+

Full access to the learning system for the period of your plan: Study Cards, practice sets with explanations, automatic mistake review, weak-topic analysis and progress history, across all six examined areas.

Can I see the Study Cards before buying?+

Card content is part of paid access and is not published on public pages or given out as samples. What we do publish is exactly how the system works and everything a plan includes, so you can judge the method before you buy. A free account also opens the free IMAT practice set.

Does my plan renew automatically?+

No. Every plan is a one-time purchase granting access for a fixed number of days from the date you buy. When that period ends, access ends and no further payment is taken — there is no subscription and nothing to cancel.

Can I get a refund?+

Your statutory rights are set out in full in our Refund & Withdrawal Policy, including how the EU right of withdrawal applies to digital content you choose to access immediately. Beyond that, we look at any case where the service did not work as described.

Is this an official university service?+

No. IMATNOTE is an independent preparation platform, operated by NOTESMEDIA OÜ. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of CISIA or any university named on this site. Always confirm official requirements with the university directly.
