2. What you are agreeing to
These are the terms of the subscription, stated here rather than only in a document you would have to open. They are shown again at checkout.
- What it costs
- €199 per year for the English course. Tax is calculated at checkout based on where you are, so the total you pay may be higher than the base price. The amount shown at checkout is the amount charged.
- It renews automatically
- This is a recurring annual subscription. It renews once a year, on the same card, until you cancel. There is no trial.
- How long access lasts
- Access runs for the billing period you have paid for. The exact start and end dates are the ones on your subscription, and they are shown in your account — this site does not compute its own expiry date.
- How to cancel
- Through the billing portal linked from your account, at any time, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next renewal.
- What happens after you cancel
- You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. It is not cut off on the day you cancel.
- If a renewal payment fails
- Access stops while the renewal remains unpaid. There is no grace period. Paddle may retry the payment as part of its payment-recovery process. Access returns automatically when the subscription becomes active again. You can update your payment method through the billing portal.
- An account is required
- You need an IMATNOTE account before buying, so that access and your progress attach to you rather than to an email address on a receipt.
- Who you are buying from
- The course is produced by NOTESMEDIA OÜ, trading as IMATNOTE. Payment is taken by Paddle, which acts as the seller of record: Paddle handles the transaction, tax and invoice, and appears on your card statement. Access, the material itself and support come from IMATNOTE.
3. What is included, and what is not
Nothing is listed here that does not exist. As material is completed and reviewed, it moves from the second list to the first — and this page changes with it rather than promising it in advance.
